Pickup Terms & Conditions
- Service Description: We provide electronic waste pickup and environmentally responsible disposal services for residential and commercial customers.
- Scheduling and Pickup: Customers must schedule pickups in advance. A minimum of 48 hours’ notice is required for standard pickups. We reserve the right to reschedule due to unforeseen circumstances.
- Customer Responsibilities: Customers must ensure all e-waste is easily accessible and free from hazardous materials not classified as e-waste. Data removal is the customer’s responsibility.
- Liability: Our company is not responsible for any data left on devices. We assume no liability for any loss or damage resulting from improper data removal by the customer.
- Environmental Compliance: We adhere to all local, state, and federal regulations regarding e-waste disposal. Customers agree that all collected e-waste will be processed in compliance with environmental laws.
